The CoilShield™ Residential Anode is the most economical way to protect your home HVAC coils from corrosion. Our passive cathodic protection system uses a magnesium sacrificial anode that clamps to the suction line. When condensation forms, the galvanic circuit activates—the coil becomes cathodic (protected) and the anode becomes anodic (sacrificial). Corrosion attacks the replaceable anode instead of your irreplaceable coil. No power required. Easy installation for qualified HVAC technicians. 1 year lifespan. Prevents costly coil replacements. Available in 5/8", 3/4", and 7/8" sizes to fit standard residential lineset diameters.
