The CoilShield™ Minisplit Anode brings proven cathodic protection technology to ductless and minisplit HVAC systems. Magnesium anode clamps directly to the suction line; when the system operates, condensation forms on both the anode and coil, completing the galvanic circuit. Protection activates automatically when the coil is wet—exactly when corrosion occurs. Works with all minisplit brands. No power required. No maintenance except eventual anode replacement. 1 year protection. Available in 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" sizes to match your lineset diameter.
